Reducing the Impact of the Tsunami
Tsunami disaster is a frightening specter for anyone, especially for those who settled in the area bordered by the sea and prone to earthquakes, such as Indonesia and Japan for example. Both of these countries, if calculated, has been repeatedly hit by the enormity of the tsunami waves which are generally caused by shifting plates in the earth's crust which is right under the sea. The impact of this tsunami was extraordinary, leaving trauma for the people who live in areas affected by the tsunami. And this trauma of living in the midst of the people who are trying to recover.
Impact Bad For Ecosystem
As we know, the tsunami waves that rose to the land will sweep everything he went through. The amount of pressure he brought able to push, hit and damage the ecosystems on land. This will certainly create social dynamics in which social life would be disrupted. Although social life was recovered after some time, but the trauma felt by the local community would be difficult to disappear.
The chaotic social life then to other regions such as cultural life, education and others. Post-tsunami, also art education activities will be disrupted because of physical facilities damaged. It is a chore in itself for the State to recover aspects of life of the affected communities. It is not easy, requires energy, time and cost is not small.
Therefore purely natural causes tsunami disaster, the preventive measures that can be done simply by preparing the public to be more vigilant and alert. To support this program, the government mobilize all stakeholders in all sectors. Indonesian far behind Japan in the face of a tsunami.
