Make the Aquatic Ecology |
Aquaticecology is a branch of science that focuses on studying the interaction of the
environment or the interrelationships between organisms in the aquatic
environment. The environment is very influential because it plays a role in
creating the comforts of living organisms in the water. Factors in the
environment is a physical factor include brightness, temperature, flow and
others. Chemical factors include pH , Do, while the biological factors, among
others, the nature of plankton , substrate and many others . Someone who
studies the ecology and water is expected to be able to identify the
interrelationships and organisms in the aquatic environment.
Ecology
waters include plenty of scope among other freshwater ecology, marine ecology,
aquatic ecology pool, pond water ecology and ecosystems involving water as
abiotic components. In the aquatic ecosystems both freshwater, coastal and
oceans, there are a variety of living things abiotic or biotic also inseparable
from each other. They are interrelated and allows the exchange of substances or
energy between these two components. Nearly 70 % of the earth is water areas,
thus, studying the ecology of the waters is very important because by
identifying the abiotic and biotic components of the human being can obtain optimum
benefit from these waters.
FreshwaterEcology
One
part of the water is freshwater ecology. Only about 3 % of the surface area of
the earth is freshwater. Most are in an area that is frozen in ice glesier also
drowned in akuafer. While the fresh waters dominated by inland waters.
Meanwhile the rest, contained in the Lake region, streams, ponds and others.
One characteristic of freshwater ecology is very low salinity. In the context
of the ecosystem, these waters are divided into two parts, namely freshwater
flows and freshwater or lotik silent or tapering.
Estuarine Aquatic Ecology
Another
example is the estuarine waters of ecology. Estuarine ecology is an area or
habitat in the form of mixing between river water also oceans. He is also often
known as the estuarine waters. Thus ordinary concluded that water in this
region has a much lower salinity than the open ocean waters. Estuarine waters
dominated by organisms (flora and fauna) that can adapt to the conditions in
the region. This estuary is only inhabited by several species thus very low
levels of diversity.
Ecology of estuarine waters will focus on the influence
of the tide and low tide also because both of these organisms is affecting life
in this region. As for which is included into the study of the ecology of the
estuary is an area of estuaries, tidal marsh, telik
there on the beach, as well as water bodies that are in the area behind the
beach sand. The organisms that live in the estuary area is a mixture of endemic,
ie organisms from freshwater and marine waters. When freshwater and seawater
mix the two organisms will also be mixed. Estuary is the best place to spawn
some animals such as crabs, shrimp, oysters and many others.
